The family-friendly restaurants serving authentic Italian dishes are adopting cashless payment options for dine-in, takeout, and delivery starting February 8, 2021.
With Mama Lou's and Nonna's wanting to consistently bring #MAMArable and endearing dining experiences to their guests, they digitized their restaurant operations by implementing a safer end-to-end contactless system for their dine-in operations. In effect, customers can have greater peace of mind while dining out.
Restaurant guests may now order and pay from the convenience and safety of their own devices—simply by going through this simple contactless service journey:
1. Scan Menu: Scan the QR code placed on the table to browse the full digital menu.
2. Contactless Order: Select meal of choice and place an order directly from the menu.
3. Cashless Pay: Settle the bill using cashless payment options.
Cashless transactions are now encouraged for a safer dining experience. The restaurant accepts payment via GCash, PayMaya, and the relatively new Lyka app. Customers may also pay their checks using major debit and credit cards.
Providing this kind of contactless service aims at eliminating every physical touchpoint possible as well as minimizing face-to-face scenarios between guests, staff, and suppliers, therefore reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This allows for a clean, safer, and stress-free dining experience among guests.
This implementation of contactless service is just an addition to Mama Lou’s and Nonna's existing multiple precautionary measures to guarantee a safe and comfortable environment:

-Mandatory Health Declaration (manual or digital)
-Social distancing and proper queuing
-Installation of acrylic dividers, disinfectant foot baths, and directional markers
-Daily body temperature check of both staff and guests
