"Well... Hello there. Who are 'brew'?" Oh. Sorry. I went full-on stalker mode there for a minute at the mention of Joe.๐ (YOU fans, make some noise! LOL.) Anyway...
This Southie was mighty pleased to have gotten introduced to a new set of beans from Taste Notes of Cordillera early this month.โ๏ธ They sent me 3 of their roasts and it was such perfect timing cause I got to brew them in my new personalised South Snippets French press and cup!๐๐ฝโ [WATCH a TikTok video of my experience HERE.]
I got to taste their Sagada, Mt. Province; Itogon; and El Salvador San Carlos roasts. I thoroughly enjoyed all three because they each had their distinct level of bitterness, and all were the right amounts: the Itogon had the strongest bitter taste of the three, but it was not at all overpowering.๐๐ผMy favorite was the El Salvador roast, because it was strong enough for me, but also subtly bitter. Noms!๐ย
I should also mention that they had great packaging: thick, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. I often see dark colored packaging for coffee products and seeing one in white is quite refreshing!๐๐ผ
Thank you for 'bean' generous, Taste Notes of Cordillera!๐๐ผ
Check their socials so you can grab a few bags yourselves, Southies!๐๐ผ
