It's no secret that there are so many skilled bakers in the south; we know this for a fact, cause we've gotten tons of baked treats sent our way during the quarantine period. We ain't complaining, 'dough', especially since we just met another baker to add to that long list: Homebakes PH!🙌🏼

They sent me 3 of their baked goodies, and here are my thoughts:

🍞🧀🟣Ube Creamcheese Rolls
I am such a fan of that killer ube jam by Good Shepherd, so I was almost moved to 'tiers' when I found out they use that for these rolls.🤤 The bread rolls were pillowy-soft and had beautiful layers of Good Shepherd Ube Jam. The cream cheese icing was noms, not too sweet, and light in texture!😗👌🏼 Just what I 'kneaded' to make me feel a lot better about the carb intake. LOL

🍞🧀🪵Cinnamon Rolls
The cinnamon flavor was light, and the bread was just as soft and pillowy as the previous ube-flavored ones. The cream cheese icing is also delicious, sweetened just right, and the texture is very light.👍🏻

🍫🍪Chocolate Crinkles
They were soft and crumbly, not too sweet, and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. These crinkles have what it 'bakes' to appeal to your liking!😋
