These Southies absolutely loved the ambience in Balinsasayaw Cavite, when we went there for lunch during our latest Southiescovery trip.🚗🗺🛣 We certainly needed this break as we haven’t seen each other in person for quite a while, and Balinsasayaw served as the perfect, safest place for our team to regroup, destress, and catch up on what we’ve all been up to over a hearty Filipino meal!😋

Here are the things we loved when we were there:

✅ There was lush greenery all over, and pretty, colorful flowers adorned the place.🌺🌸🌼🌱 It was as if we were transported to a different world.😌 For reals!✋🏽
✅ Each party can occupy their own cottage, so exposure is kept to a minimum. They have over 30+ cottages available!🤯 WHOAsome!🙌🏼
✅ They also have areas for intimate events available and subject to IATF-imposed guidelines.
✅ Masks were required at all times, and their facilities were clean and well-maintained.😷🥽

✅ They have paved walkways and taking a walk around the property after your meal is one of the things we highly recommend you do when you visit. It did wonders in soothing our minds and relaxing our souls even for just a few minutes!🌿🌈😌
✅ The resto was super accessible; it’s just along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway. Parking space is obviously not a problem as there was sooo much open space in the area.🚗🛣

✅ The food was good, too; absolutely fitting for any member of the family. We enjoyed the whole meal but these three really stole the show: 

🐷 Their melt-in-your-mouth Patatim was done Pinoy-style and it worked!👌🏼 
And, Oh. Em. Gee! We especially loved how tasty the fatty portions were!🤤 Haha! We're daredevils like that!😄
🍚 Their Binagoongan Rice was noms on its own because of the salty-sweet taste balanced with the sour mango slices, but when paired with everything on the table, BAM!😗👌🏼 There’s nothing quite like it! I could almost exclaim “'Binago'ong nya ang buhay ko!”🤪 LOL 
🦐 Ah. The most fun and tasty one of the bunch was the Nilasing na Hipon: light, crunchy, tasty. It’s as enjoyable as having popcorn, but the shrimp version.🤗 Haha! Delish!😋

✅ Other than dine-in, takeout and delivery within Silang is also possible.
