It's just a WHOAsome feeling, when the stars align and give you what you've been dreaming of, isn't it?🤗 Straight up facts, cause I was recently at the receiving end of an event of a similar nature. I'd been craving Giligan's tofu sisig for months, but the pandemic's made it difficult for me to have some whenever I want, so you can probably imagine me exclaiming "What tofuuuuuu???!" when I received news that The Cookly is sending their own version over for lunch.😱🙌🏼 It's really true what they say: tofu si'seek' and you shall find.😇😜

As soon as I got the goods from the delivery guy, the aroma from inside the bag immediately started wafting through the air. I took a great whiff of it, and was practically salivating during the elevator ride.🤤🤤🤤 Ungh!😩 What is 'practicing full restraint'? LOL The verdict: this is legit noms Tofu Sisig, Southies! I suuuper loved the sauce!😋👌🏼 This is especially crucial as we know tofu can usually get quite plain on its own. My cousin who tried it with me mused: "It's as if I can't think of anything else to add or that is missing from this." to which I agreed!👍🏼 The seasoning was spot on and, in the middle of our meal, it o'curd' to me that I really appreciated the calamansi after-taste, as it gave the dish that oomph.🤯 What we said here is really a compliment, because, when it comes to food, my cousin and I are quite the 'tough-u' critics. Haha!😛
