e all know how big Paramore is in the Philippines, and what a treat to experience--albeit only for delivery for now--the first-ever resto that pays homage to one of the most iconic rock bands of our time!🤗 Pulled PH just opened in San Pedro Laguna and gives Southies none of that Misery Business; instead, they serve comfort food in the form of pulled meat sandwiches, pastas, and more!🧀🥪😋

They had me try a few of their signature menu items, and here are my thoughts:

Never Let This Go (Mac & Cheese with slow-cooked pulled meat):
It was smokey and creamy: a fun change from the usual.👍🏻

Future (Chicken Fillet topped with three cheese and fries):
It was the perfect pair for the pasta. And 'chick' this out: it tasted like Mr. Chips as it was coated with Mr. Chips, instead of the standard bread crumbs. 'Fowl'tastic!🙌🏼

Decode (Mushroom and Spinach Duxelle):
It's a great vegetarian option. I would have preferred it a bit more moist, but it does the job of whetting the appetite.😃

🥪🐷🤏🏽Fast in My Car (Pulled Meat, Egg, Cheeese, Double Bacon, Barbecue Glaze): Yum!😋 This feels like an awesome late night snack, as it's loaded with pulled pork, and had that smokey flavor you'd want from a sammie like this. The caramelized onions were definitely perfect with the barbecue pulled pork!👌🏼 Is this why they decided to name this Fast in My Car? Cause you can easily consume it while in transit and it can end up gone in 60 seconds? Huh.😅✌🏼
