Four of us recently got to try the new 'chick' in town:ย Chicknasal, and we can say the experience was im'peck'able, as we just had to take some more home to our family and friends after we dined in.ย
Here are what we liked about them:
๐๐ผ Their chicken was super tender and juicy; it was cooked perfectly.
๐๐ผ They had the right balance in their marinade: no single ingredient overpowered anything. It had that subtle tangy and sweet taste that's distinct with authentic Bacolod inasal.
๐๐ผ Their chicken remained soft even when it was stored in the fridge for 1-2 days.
๐๐ผ They top their rice with crispy chicken skin and, dayuuum! That is one helluvaย touch. Haha! Sooo good when mixed with chicken oil. *drool*
๐๐ผ Their liempo was also good: very close to that familiar spareribs flavor and they were big slices, too.
๐๐ผ They also have pansit malabon and it had great flavors. Their version, tho, is not the usual that's saucy, in case you're into that kind of thing.
๐๐ผ Their food is suuuuper affordable! Prices for their meals start at 100php.
