It's not very often we encounter a SOUTHIEpreneur who bakes their own cake and brews their own coffee to sell at the same time, so it was quite a treat to meet one that does both.🙌🏼 Bake N Brew Manila sent us over 2 of their offerings and we felt like we got hit by 2 delicious B's in one stone: a baked treat and a coffee blend.🤗

Here are our thoughts on the goodies we tried from Bake N Brew:

🔥🧀🍰Basque Cheesecake:
Yummm!🤤🤤🤤 The cheesecake was delicious, and I feel that it can stand on its own. The blueberry topping is also noms, but I am certain that even without it, the yumminess of the cake will stay on the same level!😗👌🏼 It's also worth noting that this is a burnt cheesecake so the flavor is meant to be a balance between bitter and creamy.😃

☕️Drip Coffee:
Their blend and I were meant to 'bean'.🤍😌 I love strong coffee and this one by Bake n Brew is the kind I'd usually wanna drink again--certainly not gonna be a one-time thing.😋 Its flavor was bold, strong, and bitter, but not overly done and not at all unpleasant. I preferred it taken black for this review, so that I got to taste the full flavor, but normally I'd mix in my choice of skim/full milk and a teaspoon of sugar.👍🏼
